The association SOS CHATS LIBRES was founded in July 1993 in an effort to ensure the protection, survival, healthcare and birth control of the neighbourhood’s stray cats. The association is entirely run by volunteers who are dedicated to the welfare of the feline population and many of the costs of the association are borne by them. |
